Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mountain High Maps purchase, so every map and map collection we sell is covered under our unconditional 30 day money-back guarantee.

We also can give credit toward the purchase of another map of the same or higher value. This typically takes under an hour for us to set up an "offer code" you can use to get the discount.  If you need this done immediately, and our offices are closed, you can just purchase the second map, and we can refund the cost of the map purchased in error.

To Return a Product for a Refund

Contact us at returns@mhmaps.com and let us know which map needs to be refunded. We will ask you to destroy the original file, plus any copies you might have made.

To verify files are destroyed, please state in the email that you have destroyed the original download and all copies or derivatives of the map files. 

Upon receipt of the email, we will issue a full refund to the same account used to pay for the map, and you will receive an email confirming the refund.
